Sumitomo Metal (SMI) Electronics Devices Inc. (SMI-ED) celebrates the 20th anniversary of establishment in March, 2011.

We have been supplying products in high quality trusted by customers, through various technical improvements developed from ceramics material / process, structural / circuit design and simulation technologies. Corresponding to the next generation needs as downsizing, fine patterning and high densification, we will endeavor to keep up with customers’ requirements in line with evolving electronics industry.
