In the packaging business with semiconductors becoming the core of the electronics world where computers play a central role, we meet our customers’ demands by supplying two major materials: ceramics and organics. By developing our original technology and design, we are certain that we will meet the increasing demand for semiconductors. Furthermore, we plan to extend our business to other electronics business markets including car electronics, optical communication, and chip components. We speedily and flexibly cope with the movement of time and committedly continue making an effort to become a high ranked international company. Our challenge is to accumulate various materials for future electronics and technology

Since electronic equipment is required to be smaller in size, to have higher speed and higher performance, the technology to contain more information and to function in limited space of a semiconductor IC has improved very rapidly. Also, the packaging technology including peripheral components surrounding chips attracts a great deal of attention as it it remains a challenging task. In the same way computers pursued high speed and LSI (large-scale integrated) circuit technology, leading electronic equipment are entering the era of new packaging technology such as MCM, BGA, CSP and still keep on evolving. We carry out package research required by the present era based on different viewpoints, including. multi-layer and high density wiring technologies as well as circuit board technology. Through using ceramics and organic as circuit board materials, we create next generation of electronics in response to various needs.
